Cover Art Factory creates 6,000th piece of artwork

April 07, 2016

Leading cover art design service, Cover Art Factory, is proud to announce the creation of its 6,000th piece of artwork for the music and media industries.

The Stockholm-based service launched just two years ago and in that time has created thousands of pieces of cover art for record labels and DIY artists in 25 countries. Their 6,000th piece of artwork for New York-based act Aventura graced the cover of the number two album on the iTunes Latin chart.

“Great artwork is one of the most vital features of a new release,” says Jan Nordlund, co-founder of Cover Art Factory and a former record producer. “Services like Spotify and Apple Music are crowded spaces, and the competition for new releases is high. Our unique concept enables us to help artists and labels be more competitive, and stand out from the crowd.”

Cover Art Factory has grown its global network of designers and illustrators to more than 400, enabling them to deliver affordable cover art design at a high quality. The company also provides design services for logos, flyers, social media channels and more.

During the course of this year, Cover Art Factory’s parent company Yaygoo will also launch a new graphic design service that targets companies, and draws on the talent of Cover Art Factory’s growing network of designers.
